How We Work

How We Work

Identify the clothes and styles that are holding you back as well as the ones that work to your best advantage and that you can – and should – continue to wear.

We work in whatever way best suits you. With most clients, the process is broadly similar.

We begin with a face-to-face meeting to understand your current style and wardrobe, personality, preferences and concerns, and to ascertain your precise needs. This first meeting can pre-empt or coincide with a Wardrobe Detox – an option that the majority of our clients choose, and find very beneficial.

Going through your wardrobe with an expert is a really effective way to identify the clothes and styles that are holding you back as well as the ones that work to your best advantage and that you can – and should – continue to wear. It’s a great way to take stock, and allow you and us to see where the gaps are.

During our meeting we will also discuss with you which of our services you would need – Private Shopping Concierge, Private Shopping In Store or Assisted Personal Shopping.

Following our meeting, we will put together a bespoke shopping strategy that best meets your wardrobe and clothing requirements. Once our proposed shopping strategy (which includes estimates on which items you need and approximate spend) is approved by you we will then spend time considering the best possible options, and source and select clothes to present to you accordingly.

All our choices and recommendations are driven both by your needs and by our ability to choose appropriate pieces based on cut, quality, cost, style longevity and diversity. We always consider the maximum benefit that can be attained from any garment, including how it will work within your existing wardrobe.

A second meeting is arranged for you to see, try and buy the clothes selection either at your home, or in a selected store or boutique(s) according to the type of service you choose. There is no obligation to buy all or indeed any of the clothes – only the items you want.
